PineRidge RV Park & Farm (hereinafter referred to as “The Park”) is a seasonal park for wheeled recreational vehicles used as temporary accommodation. While length-of-stay may vary, as agreed upon between guests and The Park owners, license-to-occupy rates are calculated daily over 365 days of the year based on either Summer or Winter Season rates. For longer stays, rates are collected to coincide with customary “monthly” calendar planning. Provincial GST (5%) is applicable on our pad license fees. Rates are subject to change. All rates in Canadian dollars.
Fees: Payable by cash, e-transfer, or major credit card: VISA or MasterCard. No personal cheques
Nightly Guest Rate – Stay of seven (7) nights or less, Summer or Winter Season
Fee includes hydro Pad fee: $50 per night + GST = $52.50
• Maximum four persons per site (2 adults & 2 children under 16)
• Additional persons under 16: $2 per night; Over 16: $4 per night
• Three (3)-night minimum stay on long weekends.
Extra tent on-site: $10 per night Optional WiFi service: $5 per night
Cancellation policy: Credit card info is taken at time of reservation. Seven (7) days notice required to cancel reservation. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS issued for bookings over long weekends
Summer Season RV Guest Rate – May 1st through September 30th
Stay of 8 nights or longer with a Seasonal license to occupy agreement
*Pad fee: $850 per month + GST = $892.50

Optional WiFi service: $35 per month
Deposit required to reserve your site: A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book a stay of 8 days or longer. Deposit will be applied as a credit to your first pad-fee payment
Winter Season RV Guest Rate – October 1st through April 31st
Stay of 8 nights or longer with a Seasonal license to occupy agreement
*Pad fee: $600 per month + GST = $630.00

EXTRAS
• OPTIONAL WiFi SERVICE: Seasonal Guest charges based on $35 per month rate. Each site has password protected access to WiFi network. Most guests find our system adequate for light streaming use. Guests wanting high speed or dedicated Internet access are advised to find other commercial solutions to meet their needs.
• COIN LAUNDRY: $2.75 per wash; $3.25 per dryer cycle. Bring loonies and quarters
• COIN SHOWERS: $1.00 for 2-minute hot shower. Loonies only
• RV SEASONAL STORAGE: $100 per month. Please inquire for more details
• RV SITE CLEAN-UP FEE: $75 will be charged to your credit card if you leave a messy site when you check-out
CREDIT CARD USE POLICY
• A 3.5% processing fee is added for credit card use
• We require a credit card to have on file for all bookings
• Credit card must be in the same name as registered guest
• Credit card information is taken at the time of booking confirmation
All Guests must comply with our Park rules as a condition of their stay with us.
